Duterte's "WAR on DRUGS" better than PNoy's "NO WAR on DRUGS" ~SHARE

The Yellowtards quickly jumped on President Rody Duterte when he said that the Philippines cannot control the drug problem.

Because of the President's honesty, the Yellowtards were quick to say that Duterte should resign because he promised to fix the country's drug problem in three to six months and failed.

Sorry Yellowtards, Duterte may have missed his self-imposed deadline to rid the country of drugs, but there is a big difference in how safe people feel now compared to before.

During B.S. Aquino's time, all they did was release press statements and statistics about their anti drug campaign's success, but we feel safe? No, we did not. As a matter of fact, drug addicts and pushers terrorized our streets.

When President Duterte remarked that the Philippines cannot control the drug problem, underscored its depth, enormity, and complexity of the drug scourge.

PRRD’s statement points out that the drug situation in the Philippines is a problem that cannot be solved overnight. The anti-drug campaign must thus continue to be unrelenting and unremitting while getting everyone’s full support and cooperation.

"Sabi ko, ang America na America, naging America na iyan, hindi nga niya makontrol iyong drugs, tayo pa kaya?" Duterte said in a speech in a speech before medical practitioners in Davao City.

Think about this our country has a long coastline and thousands of islands that make it hard for authorities to stop the smuggling of drugs into the country.

As Duterte said,"We do not have the equipment, kulang man. And you know the coastline. How… it's 37,000 iyong-It is not a contiguous place na at least one border lang. Ito island… that's 7,000 islands comprising the Philippine… the Republic of the Philippines".

He also added by saying, "Hindi makaya nga ng iba, tayo pa kaya? Iyong drugs na iyan, we can't control it."

Last month, Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said that one of the major accomplishment of the Duterte administration during its first year is the number of drugs seized and drug dependents who surrendered.

Andanar said that Duterte's war on drugs should also be commended for the surrender of a total 1,308,078 drug users and the confiscation of P18 billion worth of drugs, which is more than the volume of drugs confiscated during the six-year term of President Benigno Aquino III.

I will take Duterte's "WAR on DRUGS" over PNoy's "NO WAR on DRUGS anytime!
