Cayetano was right when he told the UN: PH anti-drug war protects human rights ~SHARE

It is common sense and Foreign Affairs Secretary Alan Peter Cayetano was right when he said that the government's war against drugs is a "necessary instrument" to preserve and protect, and not violate human rights in the country. "

The senator added saying, "Without security, the most basic human rights, to life and safety, are constantly under attack — from terrorism, criminality, drugs, and human trafficking,".

One thing the Yellows don't understand is that majority of the Filipinos feel safer under President Rody Duterte's administration because there are fewer drug addicts and criminals roaming our streets. The common man is more afraid that the war on drugs will stop.

Time and time again, surveys show how popular the war on drugs is among the common man yet those who oppose it are not the common tao, it is the sosyals.

Why don't the Yellows understand this? It is because they do not live in drug-infested neighborhoods or shop where snatchers abound. Yellows do not understand fear and the risk of living in drug-infested neighborhoods.

If you look at the photos of the Yellow protesters versus the supporters of Duterte during the September 21, 2017 day of protest, you will notice how sosyal-looking the Yellow protesters looked like. The supporters of Duterte on the other hand look masa and these are the people who support Duterte.

Duterte was a democratically elected President and all he is doing is delivering what he promised to do.

During the campaign period, he told us what exactly he would do with the drug addicts and criminals. What the Yellows want Duterte to do is break his promise to his supporters so that his supporters will lose trust him.

Duterte's war on drugs is meant to protect the law-abiding citizens who PNoy failed to protect.
