$900M World Bank money meant to fight poverty allegedly went to Lucio Tan ~SHARE

Karen Hudes who used to work for the World Bank accused Lucio Tan of corruption in the Philippines worth US$900 million.

According to her, the US$900 million which should have been used to fight poverty in the Philippines instead went to a corrupt man named LUCIO TAN.

Hudes said that the Philippine National Bank or PNB which Tan owns defaulted and the world bank bailed PNB.

However, if it is true that the US$900 million from the world bank was used to bail out PNB, the questions are - 1) was there anything illegal in the transaction and 2) did the Republic of the Philippines lose money. Watch the video shown below and decide.
