Mom Expresses Surprise after Pet Fish Sneaks into Bed to Cuddle with Her Son
In many homes, pet cats and dogs often sneak into bed to cuddle with their furparents or the kids. But one mom in Malaysia expressed surprise after finding the most unusual pet cuddling with her son: their pet fish! Whoa.
Bieesya Baieesya has two kids. They have a pet cat at home who loves to cuddle with her babies, sneaking into their beds to share the space while they sleep. She is used to seeing the cat with the kids.
One day, Baieesya and her husband found a fish near some railroad tracks. The caught it and brought it home but didn’t have the heart to cook it. So, they decided to buy an aquarium to keep the fish as pet.
But Baieesya was surprised when she saw the fish cuddling with her sleeping son some hours later! Uh-oh.
At first, Baieesya thought it was strange and she put the fish back into the aquarium but the same thing happened again. The fish apparently loves to sneak into bed to cuddle with her son, just like what their cat does! LOL.
While she is used to seeing their pet cat cuddle with the kids, it is definitely weird to see the pet fish sneak into bed with her son! Baieesya’s photos quickly went viral, with some netizens thinking that it is spooky to see the black fish sleeping with the kid…
But this would soon have a scientific, very none-ghostly explanation. It turned out that this pet fish is a kind of mudfish called snakehead murrel fish. It can survive for long periods of time outside the water. Whew!
Still, it is weird to see a fish cuddling with a kid, huh?
