Burglar Caught Sleeping by Police Officer Who Owns the House
Everyone knows that burglars try their best to enter and leave a house undetected. After all, they are doing something dad and would surely not want to be caught inside a house they entered, for obvious reasons.
But one burglar recently went viral for being caught sleeping inside one of the houses he entered. Unfortunately for him, the owner is a police officer – and he was soon spending time behind bars. Ouch.
When asked why he went to sleep inside the house he was trying to burgle, 22-year-old Khun Thot admitted that he got tired after spending a long night trying to find a house he could enter. It was around 2AM when he managed to enter the house of B.E. Chiam Praset, a police officer at Wichian Buri District in Phetchabun Province, Thailand.
After entering the house, Khun found an empty room. He was so tired at that point that he decided to take a quick nap, not thinking that the owner would soon discover that he’s actually inside the house. His big mistake was in turning on the room’s air conditioning.
While Khun snuggled beneath the blankets inside the room, police officer Praset was alerted to his presence when he noticed the sound inside his daughter’s room. The police officer knew that his daughter was not at home.
Upon opening the bedroom door, Praset was surprised to see the unknown guy sleeping on his daughter’s bed, snuggling so comfortably beneath the blankets. He quickly called for backup and woke the burglar who appeared really confused as to why there were police officers trying to wake him up from a good night of sleep. LOL
Needless to say, the young man completed his beauty rest at the police station and is now facing charges for trespassing and burglary.
