Palaweña Mom Charina Josol Crowned Ultimate Grand Winner in Malaysia Pageant
The Philippines’ pageant representative, Charina Carmen Cabading Josol, proudly raised the country’s flag on Malaysian soil by winning the Mrs. Grand Global Ambassador International 2025 pageant.
The Palaweña mom from Puerto Princesa City outshone candidates from various countries and took home the crown during the grand coronation held on June 14 at the Pan Borneo Hotel in Kota Kinabalu.
By delivering a strong performance in every segment, Josol was ultimately hailed not only as the Mrs. Grand Global Ambassador International 2025 titleholder but also as the Ultimate Grand Winner of the entire competition—bringing home not just one, but two international crowns.
Aside from the crown, she also bagged the following special awards:
- Mrs. Intelligence
- Mrs. Social Media
- Best in Evening Gown
- Best in National Costume
With her achievement in Kota Kinabalu, Josol now joins the list of Filipinas who have brought honor to the Philippines by winning in their respective international beauty pageants.
Earlier this June, CJ Opiaza of Zambales assumed the title of Miss Grand International in Thailand following the resignation of the previous winner, Rachel Gupta of India.
This event followed the victories of Krishan Pauline Alerre from Pampanga, who secured the country’s second Miss Aura International crown in Türkiye, and Patricia Anne Nichole Bangug of Pangasinan, who made history by winning the first-ever Miss Orient Tourism Global pageant in Malaysia.
