Rebredo Looking so Bored During National Heroes Day Commemoration

To be fair with Vice-President Leni Rebredo, we really don't know what she really felt or how she really reacted during the National Heroes Day Commemoration at the Libingan ng mga Bayani in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City on August 28, 2017.

I wish there was a video of the commemoration so we could observe closer how Leni reacted to the event. Unfortunately, what was caught on camera was an image of Robredo looking “Dedma”, uncaring and sleepy.

There is a stark contrast between the Vice President's and the President's reaction to what was going on. If I wanted to be naughty, I could write a caption for Robredo saying, "Hay naku, ang tagal matapos nito!!!!" because she really looks bored.



As opposed to Leni's reaction, we see President Rody Duterte and National Security Adviser Gen. Hermogenes Esperon showing their emotions during the audio-visual presentation honoring the fallen heroes who risked their lives in the battle to reclaim Marawi City.

It is understandable that Duterte turned emotional and shed tears for the fallen heroes because it is he, the Commander-in-Chief who ordered them to battle. It was a very tough and painful decision he had to make as the President of our country.



I know our president has a heart and it is in the right place. I know that President Rody Duterte loves Philippines so much that he too is willing to die for our country.

We as a nation as so blessed that for once a leader who truly cares and loves the Philippines is here to lead us.

As I look at the photo of our dear President shedding tears, I too shed a tear and pray that his mission in life will be fulfilled.
