8-Year-Old Boy Earns Praise for Knowing How to Cook Different Pinoy Foods
He is just 8 years old, but one boy earned praise on social media for knowing how to cook different Pinoy foods! Considering that there are so many people who don’t know how to cook, it is truly great to hear about this kid who can cook at such a young age.
Pinoy favorites such as Bicol express, bangus humba, chicken curry, and adobong pusit sa gata are just some of the dishes that Wayne Macadaag can cook on his own. Judging from the way he prepares the meal outside their house, this is not the first time that he has done this.
At his age, most kids are not so interested in learning how to cook full meals or viands, yet this impressive young boy already knows how to do it on his own. This simply shows that he really is interested in learning how to cook and was able to learn this from the adults around him. Isn’t that wonderful?
This wonderful kid earned praise on social media, with many people saying that he would surely have a bright future ahead as a chef, if he wants to pursue this passion in cooking.

Others were a bit worried that kids his age are allowed to cook because the fire is hot and could burn him. But many pointed out that such a mentality has prevented a lot of kids from learning how to cook – and many don’t even learn how to use the stove even as adults!
