Human-Like Shadow at the Back of Lost Seaman’s Brother in RTIA Interview Goes Viral
Netizens are following the story of lost seaman Marnel Bulahan of Dumalag, Capiz. But a recent interview with Raffy Tulfo gave netizens goosebumps because the figure of a human appeared like a shadow at the curtain behind the lost seaman’s brother!
It can be recalled that Marnel’s brother, Nelmar Bulahan, sought the help of Raffy Tulfo in Action (RTIA) because they can’t locate the seaman who went to his farm. The siblings of Chila Bulahan, Marnel’s wife, live at the farm and have houses there.
Chila’s siblings and their spouses were the ones who had last seen Marnel. There were so many conflicting statements from the family and even Chila, leading Nelmar to think that something fishy is going on.
He was last seen on October 6, 2020 by Arlie Fuliga, his brother-in-law. On October 7, Chila’s family reported him missing. According to Joevil Dacutan, the Head of MDRRMC in Dumalag, Capiz, the family told them that the Marnel might have drowned in the river that night.
Arlie claimed that he told Marnel that the nearby creek was so big that day because of the strong rains, but was surprised when the latter said he will go swimming. Later, they found the rafts to have changed position, indicating that someone tried to use them.
The authorities conducted a search and rescue/retrieval operation for 7 days, yet they found no trace of the lost seaman. The creek is 50m away from Panay River; thus, they also searched there. Yet nothing was found even after 7 days of searching.
P/Cpt. Leomindo Tayopon, the Chief of Police of Dumalag, said that someone working at a quarry in the river found white boots that the lost seaman’s wife claimed to be owned by her husband. Yet the brother wouldn’t accept this evidence because the boots still looked white and new despite supposedly being in the water for weeks.
The Bulahan family sought the help of mediums and psychics, including Jay Costura. They truly wanted to find their brother, yet netizens are skeptical about the wife who appears too calm and uncooperative while the brother is the one who kept breaking down!
As of press time, the lost seaman hasn’t been found yet. However, netizens had goosebumps while watching Part 3 of this case on RTIA because a shadow that’s shaped like a person could be seen behind the curtain at his back.
