Miss Universe Canada 2020 Nova Stevens showcased on her recent Instagram posts her photoshoot wearing two pieces of couture gowns created by Dubai-based Filipino Designer Michael Cinco.
Nova Stevens will be competing as the Miss Universe Canada candidate on the most-awaited Miss Universe 2020 pageant. It will be held on May 16 Eastern Time at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, United States
Miss Universe Canada will be wearing Michael Cinco gowns during the competition. She announced last April through her Instagram account that she is grateful that Michael Cinco will be her official gown designer for the pageant.
On her recent posts, she showcased photos of her wearing Michael Cinco’s yellow and blue couture gowns. The photoshoot took place in Dubai, and were photographed by Adam Browning-Hill, a freelance photographer who is also based in Dubai.
Stevens quoted in one of her posts, “Running towards my destiny. I’m ready for whatever the universe has in store for me.”
The well-known Filipino Designer Michael Cinco likewise shared on his Instagram account the photos of Nova Stevens wearing his creations.
As quoted by Michael Cinco in his post, “The super stunning and statuesque Miss CANADA Universe NOVA STEVENS @thenovastevens is ready to conquer the UNIVERSE in a couture Michael Cinco gown.”
Nova Stevens recently trended online following her statement on how some Filipino netizens are bashing her due to her looks. First, she posted screenshots of negative comments. Then also posted positive comments from Pinoy fans. She clarified that she was not intending to incite more hate, but rather shed light on toxicity that sometimes were hailed from fans.
